Q1. How do I change my registered module?
We do not suggest you to do so. If you have do want to change it immediately after the registration but before any module details are uploaded, you can directly get in touch with us on 7411232371 or customer-care@connect2hospitals.com and we will get in touch with you regarding the same. It shall be a very lengthy and time consuming process. The time consumed in this regard shall not be considered for crediting the subscription time to the actual subscription duration (which is done in case of other reasons like technical issues, etc.,).

Q2. What do I do in case I get an incorrect module registered?

Q3. What do I do in case I have registered and yet my details are not reflecting in the website?
We request our users to diligently check the modules you have registered for. If you have any queries/ complaints, please feel free to reach us on 7411232371 or customer-care@connect2hospitals.com and we will get in touch with you regarding the same.

Refunds/Cancellation:


Q1. How do I cancel my registration/ payment done?
You cannot cancel the registrations/ payments done. If you do not get your information displayed in the website after the payment is done, please feel free to reach us on 7411232371 or customer-care@connect2hospitals.com and we will get in touch with you regarding the same. The payments done will not be refunded in any circumstances but the subscription time during which the inconvenience is caused, will be credited / added to the actual subscription term period. Each case is dealt with individually and in most cases decisions shall be taken in merchant's favour. The management's decision shall be deemed final.

Q2. When can I expect the registration amount to be refunded?
The payments done will not be refunded but in the meantime the merchants can opt for using our services.

Q3. I have got my registration failed due to some legitimate reasons, how will I receive the refund?
The amount will be automatically reversed to the Bank / Credit Card account used for making the payment.

Q4. I want to pay Cash for the registrations and other services, how can I do it?
For the sake of transparency and convenience, we prefer online payments only. If you still want to do the cash payments, please feel free to reach us on 7411232371 or customer-care@connect2hospitals.com and we will get in touch with you regarding the same.
